Sample Menu 

These are some of the meals and snacks you can expect to be served at our center. We will make substitutions to accommodate children with allergies. 

Monday- 2nd   

Breakfast: Cheerios Cereal, Peaches and Milk

Lunch: Ground Beef Tacos, Whole Wheat Tortilla, Corn , Watermelon and Milk

Snack: String cheese, Wheat Thins And Water 

 

Tuesday-3rd  

Breakfast Whole Wheat English Muffin with Butter, Cantaloupe and Milk

Lunch: Chicken Alfredo , Whole Wheat Fettuccine, Carrots and, Honeydew Melon and  Milk  

Snack: Boil Eggs, Wheat Whole Bread and Water 

 

Wednesday- 4th  

Breakfast: Yogurt, Oranges, Granola and  Milk 

Lunch:  Season Chicken, Whole Wheat Buns, Apple, Green Beans and Milk

Snack: Whole Wheat Ritz  Cracker and 1000% Apple Juice 

 

Thursday – 5th 

Breakfast: Whole wheat bagels, Cheese Cream, Bananas and Milk

Lunch:  Ground Beef with  Marinara, Whole Wheat Penne , Celery, Pineapple and Milk

Snack: String Cheese, Apple and Water

Friday -6th 

Breakfast: Corn Flakes, Cantaloupe and Milk

Lunch: Sliced Turkey, Wheat Bun, Peas, Honeydew Melon and Milk

Snack: Pretzel, Applesauce and water 

Monday- 9th 

Breakfast: Boiled Egg ,Whole Wheat Bread , Honeydew Melon and Milk

Lunch:  Chicken Taco, Lettuce, Tomato, Whole Wheat Tortilla,  Watermelon and Milk

Snack: Pineapple and milk 

 

Tuesday-10th 

Breakfast: : Kix Cereal, Apple and Milk

Lunch: Red beans and Brown Rice,

Celery, Applesauce and Milk

Snack:  Cucumber and Milk 

Wednesday-11th  

Breakfast Whole Wheat Bagels, Cream Cheese, Cantaloupe and Milk Lunch: BBQ Chicken, Whole Wheat Bun, Lettuce and tomato and, Strawberry and  Milk

Snack: Egg salad, Whole Wheat Bread and Water 

 

Thursday-12th 

Breakfast: Whole Wheat French Toast, Banana and Milk

Lunch:  Chicken Chili, Whole Wheat Bread, Cauliflower, Apples and Milk

Snack:  Yogurt, Pineapple and water

 

Friday -13th 

Breakfast: Whole Wheat Pancake, Apple Sauce and Milk

Lunch:  Marinara Turkey Meatballs, Whole Wheat Penne, Green Beans, Cantaloupe and Milk Snack:  Whole Wheat Ritz Crackers, Sliced Cheese and Water

 

Monday-16th 

Breakfast Whole Wheat English Muffin with Butter, Cantaloupe and Milk

Lunch: Cream of Chicken, Brown Rice, Corn , Apple  and Milk 

Snack: Quesadilla with Whole Wheat Tortilla and Water

 

Tuesday- 17th 

Breakfast: Yogurt, Banana, Granola and  Milk

Lunch: Sliced Turkey, Wheat Bun, Carrots, Watermelon and Milk

Snack: Orange and Milk

 

Wednesday-18th

Snack: Cucumber, cheese, and water
